As a Le Corson Bleu trained pastry chef, Ms Tiffany Khoo set up Tung Patisserie at a prominent corner in Telok Ayer Coffee Shop. It serves freshly-baked handmade egg tarts and cookies made with premium imported ingredients.

Her main bakery at Diary Farm also offers French croissants, bread and birthday cakes, all freshly made in-house.
