Recipe: "Gaeng Jued Tao Hoo Moo Sub" Clear Thai soup with tofu and pork meatballs (4 servings)

1l of Pork stock
300g Minced pork
240g Egg tofu (2x120g sliced)
1 head of Chinese cabbage (or similar)
2 tbsp Fish sauce
1/2 tbsp of Seasoning Soy sauce
2-3 Schallots
4 cloves of Garlic
2-3 stems of Coriander (with roots)
1/2 tbsp Black pepper corns (whole)
1/2 tsp ground Black pepper
1 pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp dried/roasted onion for garnish
