Quick simple and easy Sagudana/Sabudana Kabab/cutlet recipe by Food Fusion. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #KababWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/3ChewvDVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid's special recipes.00:00 Sagudana/Sabudana Kabab00:16 Soaking of Sago starch00:27 Preparation01:52 Aray waahRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Water 2-3 Cups-Sabudana (Tapioca sago) 1 & Cup-Mong phali (Peanuts) roasted 1 Cup-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 3 medium -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) tsp-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 2 tsp-Curry patta (Curry leaves) chopped 1 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful-Cooking oil for fryingDirections:-In a bowl,add water,tapioca sago,wash few times & soak for 2-3 hours then strain & set aside.-In a spice mill,add peanuts,grind coarsely & set aside.-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.-Add coarsely ground peanuts,ginger garlic paste,salt,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,coriander seeds,green chilli,curry leaves,fresh coriander,soaked tapioca sago & mix until well combined. -Grease hands with oil,take small quantity of mixture (60g) & make kababs of equal sizes. -In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry for 1-2 minutes (dont stir & fry kababs from both sides until golden brown (makes 14 cutlets).-Serve with chilli garlic sauce!Recipe in Urdu:Directions:-Bowl mein pani aur sabudana dal ker wash ker lein aur 2-3 hours kliya bheego dein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.-Spice mill mein mong phali dal ker coarsely grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein aloo dal dein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein-Coarsely ground mong phali,adrak lehsan paste,namak,zeera,lal mirch crushed,sabut dhania,hari mirch,curry patta,hara dhania,soaked sabudana dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ki small quantity (60g) la ker ek jaisay sizes ka kabab tayyar ker lein.-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein,1-2 minutes kliya fry karein (dont stir) aur kabab ko dono sides sa golden brown ho jay tak fry ker lein (makes 14 cutlets).-Chilli garlic sauce ka saath serve karein!
