Salted Egg Yolk Prawn Recipe (Sugpo na may Itlog na Maalat) | Panlasang Pinoy

This is a recipe for salted egg prawn. This enjoyed eating this dish because it is delicious. There are two major steps in preparing this dish. First is to prepare the prawn (shrimp can also be used). Marinate in cooking wine with Knorr shrimp cube and then coat with cornstarch. Deep fry the prawn until light brown. The next major step is to prepare the sauce. It is composed of salted egg yolks, curry leaves, Thai chili pepper, butter, garlic, and heavy whipping cream.
