A very simple meal to make using canned sardines. The ones in brine are preferable, they create a seafood stock flavour which once cooked, tastes amazing! I use a dry white wine but you can replace with a seafood stock if alcohol is an issue. I use fresh pasta for a quick meal but of course you can also use dry pasta or linguine which works well too. Sardines are a very healthy fish which we should eat more often. A healthy meal with fresh ingredients and Mediterranean flavours.
