Fish with Black Bean Garlic Sauce is such a savory dish. I used black bean paste with fresh garlic. If you can find black bean garlic sauce, go ahead use that without additional garlic. In the end of the video, I also showed fermented black bean, which can work too. Bell peppers and onions add additional sweetness and crunchiness to the dish. Coat with 1 tbsp starch.To make slurry:Mix 1/2 tbsp starch with 1/2 cup water.1. Heat up the pan to high, add oil. When it's hot, place fish slices in the pan one by one. 2. Pan fry each side about 2 minutes, set aside.3. Add bell peppers and onions to the pan, add a bit salt. Cook about 4 to 5 minutes till they soften. Set aside. 4.
