00:00 Shahi Tukray Fries Sticks
Serve 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Sugar Syrup: 00:20
-Water 2 Cups
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3
-Kewra water 1 tsp
-Lemon slice 1
Prepare Milk Syrup: 00:38
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Sugar 1/3 Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Olpers Dairy Cream 100ml
-Doodh (Milk) Cup
-Custard powder (vanilla flavor) 1 & tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Khoya crumbled 50g
-Bread slices 10-12
-Cooking oil for frying
Assembling: 02:17
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Dried rose petals

Directions:
Prepare Sugar Syrup: 00:20
-In a saucepan,add water,sugar,green cardamom,kewra water,lemon slice,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved (3-4 minutes).
-Let it cool.
Prepare Milk Syrup: 00:38
-In pot,add milk and bring it to boil.
-Add sugar,cardamom powder,mix well and cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add cream and whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,in milk,add custard powder and whisk well.
-In pot,add dissolved custard,whisk well and bring it to boil.
-Add pistachio & almonds,mix well and cook on low flame until thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Add khoya and whisk well.
-Let it cool.
-Cut bread slices into stick shape with the help of knife.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry bread slices on medium flame until golden brown.
Assembling: 02:17
-On serving plate,add fried bread sticks,pour sugar syrup,milk syrup,almonds & pistachio.
-Garnish with dried rose petals & serve!

-Saucepan mein pani,cheeni,hari elaichi,kewra water aur lemon slice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Milk Syrup: 00:38
-Pot mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.
-Cheeni aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 7-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein,doodh mein custard powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Pot mein dissolved custard dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur ubal anay dein.
-Pitsa aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Khoya dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Bread slices ko stick shape mein knife ki madad sa cut ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Assembling: 02:17
-Serving plate mein fried bread sticks,sugar syrup,milk syrup,badam aur pista dal dein.
-Dried rose petals sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
