Soak all dry fruits in hot water for 1 to 2 hours2. Peel off the skin of Almonds/Badam, Pistachio and Chironji3. Split the dry fruits in half and cut into slices4, Sun dry for 1 day or until dried. You can also microwave the dry fruits for 3 mins each5. Roast all dry fruits in the ghee until light/golden brown (Depending how you like it)6.
