Ancho chile powder1 tsp. Ground cumin1 tsp. Garlic powder tsp. Oregano1 tsp. SaltDirections:Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.Place the slices of sirloin, onion, sweet potato, bell pepper, and carrot on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil and toss with two forks to coat. Combine all the spices in a bowl and stir. Sprinkle the spices over the fajitas, stir and then repeat. Add some sriracha sauce if you want a little more heat.Spread the fajitas out on the pan into a single layer as much as you can. This will help everything char as much as possible.Place the fajitas in the oven at 500 degrees F. for 12 to 15 minutes.
