When you cook pork shoulder or butt real slow with spices and wine, you end up with a wonderful pulled pork that is so tender. This makes for some great enchiladas.

Then we top it with a jar of Trader Joe's Verde salsa for our sauce and add sour cream to make it rich and delicious. This sauce makes the dish easy to finish off.

Ingredients:

3 - 4 lbs. pork butt or shoulder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chile powder
1 tsp. chipotle seasoning
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups white wine
1 cup sour cream
12 oz. jar of Trader Joes Verde salsa or your favorite
grated monterey jack cheese
10 corn tortillas
vegetable oil
