Shrimp saganaki, Greek style prawns in tomato sauce with feta - it's ouzo time!

Ingredients: 1 small chopped onion, 2 chopped cloves of garlic, 8-10 big size prawns, 1 1/2 cup grated tomato or tomato puree, 1 shot of ouzo, olive oil, salt, pepper, some tabasco or chilli or kayen pepper to spice it up (optional), feta cheese crumbles.
