Simple Salad Dressing made with my Kid/Easy Recipe

There are many ways to make a delicious vinaigrette, or salad dressing. Use this video as a guide and create your own. Here's how we make ours in this video.
Be inspired, get creative and include the kids!

3/4 cup oil. (we use Olive oil here, but change it up)
1/4 cup vinegar (apple cider, red wine and seasoned rice vinegars are all good) We used a raw coconut vinegar in this one.
tablespoon dijon mustard
1 clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon honey
about 1/2 teaspoon each, parsley and thyme
s & p to taste

In this video we use a jar. If you have an almost empty jar of dijon mustard, use it for making a homemade vinaigrette!

Of course, you can add all of these ingredients to a food processor or blender. Simply add all ingredients except Oil and start blending. Then, with the top opened, slowly add the oil. It'll start to thicken up. Voila!

Or you can shake it all up in a jar like we do in this video. Finely chop or mash your garlic. Finely chop your fresh herbs. Add all ingredients to the jar and shake vigorously.

Warning: Too much shaking may cause one to express themselves through the art of dance.

Add vinaigrette to your favorite greens and salad.
