Simple Vegetable and Fish Sauce

This is an easy and simple vegetable sauce with fish to eat boiled rice, yam, or potatoes. It is healthy and you will love it.

Ingredients for the vegetable sauce:

2 large bunches of spinach (7 to 8 cups),
4 stalks of spring onions,
1 cup tomato and paprika mix,
2 medium sized mackerel fish,
1 and 1/2 tbsp of ground crayfish,
2 minced garlic cloves,
1 tsp grated ginger,
1 larger onion,
1 and 1/2 tsp beef bouillon powder,
1/2 cayenne pepper,
1 tsp dried thyme,
1 tsp curry powder,
1/2 tsp salt,
