[email protected]Thanks for watching!See you soon.xoxoJamieon behalf of Spice N PansIngredients:Serves 6 - 8Mix all together and marinate for at least 2 hours----4 pieces of boneless chicken thigh (cut into half & score the meat)1.5 cups of sake3 tablespoons of fresh ginger juice1 stalk of spring onion0.5 cup of light soy sauce (low sodium)0.5 tablespoons of garlic powder3 teaspoons of sugar0.5 tablespoons of black pepper1 cup of mirinPlace chicken in air fryer - skin side down first - air fry for 10 minutes at 180C. Then flip over and air fry for 8 minutes at 200C.Prepare the sauce by reducing the marinate over heat. Add 1.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce and thicken with some cornstarch solution.
