Used to be run by an elderly couple, Mr and Mrs Lee, the stall is now run by hardworking Ms Yim who took over the reins of the business. Mr Lee founded the prawn noodle business in the 1960s, operating Kok Kok Mee on a pushcart as a street hawker.
