Soft Malai Kofta Curry Recipe By Chef Adi

Malai is a major ingredient in malai kofta dumplings and in sweet dishes like malai pedha, ras malai and malai kulfi. Fried koftas are made with khoya and paneer.

Ingredients:
For Kofta
Paneer 100gms
Khoya 50gms
Dry nuts for stuffing
Bread crumb
Oil for fryig

For Gravy:
Pumpkin seeds 25gm
Flax seeds 25gms
Cashew nuts 50gms
Salt to taste
Onion 100gms
Coriander root few sticks
Ginger Garlic 30gms
Green chilli 2nos
Mix whole garam masala 15gms (bayleaf, black peeper, cloves, cardamom green & black, mace, cinnamon stick)
Desi ghee 50gms
Fresh Cream 100ml
