Spanakopita/ Spinach pie Greek and Vegan

Ingredients

For the dough
1.5 cups flour
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil

For the filling
400g (1lb) spinach
Dill
Parsley
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 large dry onion
3-4 green onions
Salt and pepper

1 tbsp sesame seeds for the topping
