Spicy Chicken Thigh Recipe

Spicy Marinated Chicken Thighsrecipe Looks good and tastes even better.

Ingredients
1.5 lbs of @pasturebird chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp basil
1/4 cup parsley chopped

Directions
Preheat your grill to 350.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the chicken with all of the ingredients.
Place into a cast iron skillet and put it on the grill.
Cook for 12-14 minutes on each side, flipping halfway through.
Pull from the grill when the chicken has a slight char on the outside and garnish with more chopped parsley.

You can serve these with your favorite meal prep sides, like rice and asparagus or sweet potatoes and broccoli. Its a delicious addition to your meal prep menu.
