Spicy Coconut Chicken
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Oil 1-2 tbs
-Chicken ½ kg
-Tamatar (Tomato) Pureed 2-3
-Pyaz (Onion) Grinded 1 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Kuti lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
-Kahmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chili) 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp to taste
-Coconut milk ½ cup

For Tarka:
-Oil 3-4 tbs or as preferred
-Hari mirch (Green chili) 4-5
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chili) 4-5
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) Julienne 1 tbs
-Kari pata (Curry leaves) 10-12

Direction:
-In wok,add oil,chicken,tomato (pureed),onion (grinded),ginger garlic paste,crushed red chili,kashmiri red chili,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
-Cover and cook on low flame until chicken is done. (20-25 minutes)
-Add coconut milk and give it a good mix.Dish out in serving dish.
-For tarka, in frying pan,add oil,green chili,button red chili,cumin seeds,ginger julienne,curry leaves and fry until light brown.
-Now add tarka in chicken.
-Spicy coconut chicken is ready to serve.

Ajza:

Direction:
-Karhai mein oil,chicken,tamatar (pureed) ,pyaz (grinded),adrak lehsan ka paste,kuti lal mirch,kashmiri lal mirch,haldee powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dhak ker halki ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein. (20-25 minutes)
-Coconut milk dal ker ache tarhan mix kerlein. Serving dish mein dish out ker lein.
-Tarka kliya,frying pan mein oil,hari mirch,sabut lal mirch,zeera,adrak julienne aur kari pata dal ker light brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Ab tarka ko chicken mein dal dein.
-Spicy coconut chicken tayyar hai.
