This is a very delicious and easy chutney which goes well with any South Indian tiffin varieties.Ingredients:Cilantro- 2 bunchesUraddal- 2 tablespoonRed chillies- 5Oil- 2 teaspoonTomatoes-3Salt-3/4 teaspoonHing/Asafoetida- A pinchTamarind- a small pieceDirections:1. Roast Uraddal and red chillies in oil till dal turns golden brown2. Add and saute tomatoes till soft3. Add and sauté coriander leaves for 3-4 minutes4. Add salt,hing and tamarind. Saute for another minute.Switch off the flame.5.
