Subscribe here: https://www.youtube.com/user/TheHHARAS?sub_confirmation=1Spinach is a rich source of iron and calcium and other minerals which make this a healthy rice and perfect for lunch boxes..It can be made with fresh rice or left over rice It's a one pot dish and very easy to make.Ingredients:Raw rice- 1 cupSpinach- 2.5 cupsMoongdal-1/4 cupMustard seeds- 1/2 tspRed chillies- 2Onion-1Tomatoes-2Turmeric powder-1/2 tspSalt- 1 tspHing- A pinchSambar powder- 2.5 tspJeera- 1 tspDirections:1.Keep instant pot on saute mode. Heat 2 tsp of oil.2.Add mustard seeds, red chillies, jeera and onion and sauté until translucent.3. Add tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes4.Now add moongdal, turmeric powder, salt, hing, sambar powder, spinach, raw rice and 2.5 cups of water.5.Mix everything well. Close the lid with the pressure valve to sealing position.6.
