Sweet Spicy Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Chicken wings, pat dry with paper towels
1 cup brown sugar, packed
cup coconut aminos or cup soy sauce
cup mustard, dijon and yellow
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Or more sriracha sauce, optional

Directions:
Make the marinade ideally the day before you want to serve this. Mix the sugar, coconut aminos, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and sriracha sauce if using, in a bowl. Whisk until all is combined well.

Add the chicken to the bowl and stir to coat all the pieces well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

When its time to bake, preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with heavy duty foil. Place the chicken wings on the pan, letting excess sauce drain off.

Bake in the center of the oven for 30 minutes.

Place the leftover marinade in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until it starts to boil. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

After cooking, take the chicken wings out of the oven and turn over each of the pieces. Baste the second side with the cooked sauce and place the chicken back in the oven for 10 more minutes.

After 10 minutes, baste the chicken again and set the oven to broil and broil until the sauce gets bubbly and the chicken crisps up, about 4 to 6 minutes.

You can garnish the chicken with sliced green onion, or sesame seeds or leave it plain. You can also drizzle more sauce over the chicken or use it as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
