This mouth watering Siracha Chicken recipe will put a new twist to your meal #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3a9AZgiSriracha ChickenServes 4-6 Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Sriracha sauce 3-4 tbs-Honey 1 & tbs-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Paprika powder tsp-Chicken thighs & drumsticks preferably with skin 750g-Sriracha sauce 4 tbs-Soy sauce 4 tbs-Honey 3 tbs-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed tsp-Cornflour 2 tbs or as required-Water 1 Cup-Cooking oil 2 tbs-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs-Water Cup or as required -Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped Directions:-In a bowl,add sriracha sauce,honey,salt,paprika powder & whisk well.-Add chicken and mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours.-In a jug,add sriracha sauce,soy sauce,honey,red chilli crushed,cornflour and water,mix well and set aside.-On a cast iron pan,add cooking oil and heat it.-Add marinated chicken and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes then turn the sides and apply remaining marinade in between with the help of brush & flip the sides and grill/cook chicken for 3-4 minutes each side & set aside.-On same cast iron pan,add butter & let it melt. -Add garlic & saut for a minute.-Add prepared sauce mixture,mix well & cook until it thickens.-Add water & mix well.-Now add fried chicken pieces,pour sauce over the chicken pieces,cover & cook for 6-10 minutes & turn sides in between.-Sprinkle green onion leaves & serve with boiled rice!Recipe in UrduAjza:-Sriracha sauce 3-4 tbs-Honey 1 & tbs-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Paprika powder tsp-Chicken thighs & drumsticks preferably with skin 750g-Sriracha sauce 4 tbs-Soy sauce 4 tbs-Honey 3 tbs-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed tsp-Cornflour 2 tbs or as required-Water 1 Cup-Cooking oil 2 tbs-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs-Water Cup or as required -Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped Directions:-Bowl mein sriracha sauce,honey,namak aur paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.-Jug mein sriracha sauce,soy sauce,honey,lal mirch crushed,cornflour aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Cast iron pan mein cooking oil dal ker garam karein.-Marinated chicken dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per 2 minute kliya paka lein phir sides ko turn ker ka remaining marinated ko brush ki madad sa laga lein aur sides ko flip ker lein aur chicken ko 3-4 minute each sides kliya grill/cook ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Us he cast iron pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.-Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya saute ker lein.-Tayyar sauce mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein.-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Ab fried chicken pieces rakh dein aur sauce ko upper sa pour ker lein aur dhak ker 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein sides ko turn ker lein.-Hara pyaz leaves dal dein aur boiled rice ka saath serve karein!
