Steam Chicken
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken 4 pieces 1 kg
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-JavItri powder (Mace powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chili) Crushed 1 tsp
-JaifIl (Nutmeg powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Leemo ka rus (Lemon juice) 2-3 tbs
-Zarde ka rang (Food color) 1 pinch (optional)
-Olive oil 1 tbs

Directions:
-Add marks/cuts on chicken.
-In chicken pieces,add yogurt,red chili powder,cumin powder,mace powder,red chili crushed,nutmeg powder,black pepper powder,whole spice powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste,salt,lemon juice and food color,mix well and marinate overnight or minimum 4 hours.
-Add olive oil in marination and give it a good mix.
-Put all chicken pieces into aluminum foil and wrap it.
-Add water in steamer, bring it to boil and place wrap pieces in steamer basket over water.
-Cover and let it steam cook for 30 -45 minutes or until done (check every 15 minutes).
-Steam chicken is ready.

Ajza:
-Chicken 4 pieces 1 kg

-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Leemo ka rus (Lemon juice) 2-3 tbs
-Zarde ka rang (Food color) 1 pinch (optional)
-Olive oil 1 tbs

Directions:
-Chicken per marks/cuts laga lein.
-Chicken pieces mein dahi,lal mirch powder,zeera powder,javitri powder,lal mirch(crushed),jaifil powder,kali mirch powder,garam masala powder,dhaniya powder,adrak lehsan paste,namak,leemo ka rus aur zarde ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix karein,overnight ya minimum 4 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Marination mein olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Aluminum foil mein chicken pieces ko wrap ker lein.
-Steamer mein paani dal ker ubal lein aur wrap pieces ko steamer basket mein rakh dein.
-Dhak ker 30-45 minutes ya gul janay tak steam mein paka lein (15 minute bad check kertay rahein).
-Steam chicken tayyar hai.
