Stir fried Spanish Spinach recipe that is so simple even your kids can make it! Side dishes just got easier!RECIPE HERE: https://DadsThatCook.com/recipes/spanish-spinachIt's a very easy, very easy recipe. It's actually is a Spanish dish. We found this when we were first traveling in Spain years ago.Obviously, olive oil. Good stuff. Raisins, California grown. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And what we have here are the minced garlic and the ginger powder. I usually use about a spoon, spoon and a half of the garlic, just a little dash of the ginger. Baby spinach, fresh. I like the fresh stuff.Picked it right out of his backyard. It's unbelievable. This is about 16 ounces.Because this will shrink down into like enough for three of four people. This is a bowl about this big.Kids like it.Kids like it. I know. I'm surprised. They like it. I am surprised. They won't eat the brussel sprouts, but they'll eat the spinach. What do you like it on?I put it on medium, typically.I put the oil in right away, because sometimes the pan gets a little too hot without the oil.Just like what? A quarter cup?Yeah. Just enough to kinda ...You use less than that?Probably an eighth of a cup. Just enough to coat the bottom is really all you really want. We'll see how much of it I can actually get in here.I don't know. It looks like you got some handfuls.Takes a little while. It takes a little while. A couple of minutes.A couple of minutes. But I like spinach. It is really good for you and it is really easy to make.It is. I was surprised when I first started eating spinach 'cause I used to hate eating vegetables. It's already half the size. Put the garlic and the ginger in right now, so I can keep mixing it.Just throw it all in there, buddy.Throw it all in there.Make it happen.Mixed it up a little bit and I'll put some raisins in and then I think a couple minutes after that, we're all set.Let's try this spinach and see how that goes. Mmm. That's yummy. And I'm not just saying that. You know what I'm sayin'? You know what I'm sayin'?
