Fresh mushrooms have their place for sure, but overall dried are better, imo. Dried mushrooms have so many advantages over fresh that it feels like a no brainer. What do you think? Dried mushrooms need to be soaked before cooking, and you can eat them plain once rehydrated and cooked... but I like to add a bit of salt but really thats all thats needed because they are too good!
