Strawberry Spring Toast screams SPRING IS HERE

Youll need:
Pumpernickel bread (or any bread you like)
Whipped cream cheese
Strawberries
Bowery basil
Sprouts
Balsamic glaze (optional)

Spread the cream cheese over slices of bread. Cut strawberries into slices and cut out a notch at the bottom of each strawberry slice. Place one strawberry slice on each peice of toast (as the flower). Place sprouts below strawberry (as the flower stem) and basil leaves (as flower leaves). Drizzle balsamic glaze over each slice of toast and munch
