#SujanFunKurchen is ready with another #EasyRecipe - #BunRecipe #StuffedBunsIt's all about a balancing act between time, temperature and ingredients: That's the art of baking."Ingredients:For The buns dough:• All purpose flour - 3 cups• Luke warm milk – 1 cup• Warm water as required• Sugar – 1 tsp• Salt – 1 tsp• Fleishmann yeast – 1 sachet (I think it’s 1 ½ tsp) OR add 1 ½ tsp any brand of dry yeast• Olive oil – 3 tbspMethod –• In a small container, add yeast, sugar, salt and milk and mix lightly and keep aside• After 15 mins or so its ready to use• Now, take a heavy bowl and add the all purpose flour• To it add some oilive oil and crumble all together• Now slowly add the yeast added milk and start making a dough• Keep kneading using muscle power, adding more lukewarm water if required• Remember, the dough should be very soft, almost sticky• When the dough is ready, apply more oil all over and cover with damp cloth and allow to rest in a warm place, for at least 1 hourFor the filling:• Boiled potatoes – 2 (big)• Chopped Onions – 1 medium• Frozen green peas – 1 handful• Fresh coriander/cilantro – 1 handful• Oil – 2 tsp• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp• Paav bhaaji masal/garam masala – as required• Red chilli powder – as required• Salt to tasteMethod:• In a kadai, heat the oil• Splutter the cumin seeds• Now, add the chopped onions and stir fry very well till nicely cooked• Then, add the red chilli powder and the paav bhaaji/garam masal powder• Saute well without burning it• Now, quickly add the boiled and crumbled potatoes to it• Cook all together very well adding salt too• Add the frozen green peas too and mix • Finally add the fresh coraiander and toss well.• Allow the curry/subji to come to room temperatureBuns Making:• After an hour or so, the dough would have doubled• Knead the dough well again with strong hands to knock out the air in it• Sprinkle some more dry flour while kneading, if requiredVisit my blog for more interesting detailshttps://sujankitchen.wordpress.com/2018/03/09/stuffed-buns/
