A great new Stuffed masala Lauki recipe that everyone will enjoy. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/38SqihDVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid's special recipes.00:00 Stuffed Masala Lauki (Bharwan Lauki)00:16 Prepare Lauki01:04 Prepare Stuffing01:48 Prepare Gravy03:22 Aray waahServes 4-5Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Lauki (Bottle gourd) 2 medium-Boiling water as required -Namak (Salt) tsp-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Aalo (Potatoes) boiled & grated 250g-Cottage cheese grated 150g-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Kaju powder (Cashew powder) 2 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped tbs-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 9-10-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large-Adrak (Ginger) sliced 1 inch piece -Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3-4-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1-Tamatar (Tomatoes) cubes 3 medium-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Laung (Cloves) 2-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1-Zeera (Cumin seeds) tbs-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 1 tbs-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Cream -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-Peel bottle gourd with the help of peeler & cut into inch thick slices and remove the center part (pith) of slices with the help of a round cutter & set aside. -In boiling water,add salt,turmeric powder & mix well. -Add bottle gourd slices,cover & blanch on low flame for 5-6 minutes & set aside for later use. -In a bowl,add boiled & grated potatoes,grated cottage cheese,red chilli powder,salt,cashew nut powder,fresh coriander,green chilli & mix until well combined.-Spread blanched bottle gourd slices on a clean board,fill the center part with the prepared stuffing.-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry stuffed bottle gourd slices on medium flame from both sides until golden brown & set aside.-In a sauce pan,add cooking oil,cashew nuts & fry until light golden.-Add onion,ginger,garlic,green chilli,mix well & saut until onions are translucent. -Add tomatoes and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.-Turn off the flame and blend well with the help of hand blender & set aside.-In a wok,add cooking oil,cloves black cardamom,cumin seeds & mix well.-Add onion & tomato mixture and mix well.-Add yogurt & mix well.-Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,desiccated coconut,cumin powder and mix well,cover & cook on medium flame until oil separates (8-10 minutes).-In a serving dish,place fried stuffed bottle gourd slices and pour prepared gravy on top.-Drizzle cream,garnish with fresh coriander & serve!Recipe in English:Directions:-Peeler ki madad lauki ko peel ker lein aur inch thick slices mein cut ker lein aur round cutter ki madad sa center part (pith) ko remove ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Lauki ka slices dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya blanch ker lein & bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein boiled & grated aalo,garted cottage cheese,lal mirch powder,namak,kaju powder,hara dhania aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Blanched lauki ka slices ko clean board per pheela lein aur center ko tayyar stuffing sa bhar dein.-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur stuffed lauki slices ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Sauce pan mein cooking oil aur kaju dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.-Pyaz,adrak,lehsan aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz ko translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.-Chulha bund ker dein aur hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Karahi mein cooking oil,laung,badi elaichi aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Pyaz & tomato mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Lal mirch powder,haldi powder,dhania powder,namak,khopra aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).-Serving dish mein fried stuffed lauki slices rakh dein aur uppers sa tayyar gravy pour ker lein.-Cream drizzle karein aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
