Prepare Filling:-In a wok,add cooking oil,green onion white part & saut until translucent.-Add mince & mix well until it changes color. -Add ginger garlic paste & mix well.-Add salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,black pepper crushed,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. -Add water and mix well,cover & cook on low flame or 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up. -Turn off the flame,add cream,mayonnaise,green onion leaves,mix well & set aside.-Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough again until smooth. -Take a small dough (55g) and make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.-On one side of the dough,add prepared filling 2 tbs,fold the side of the dough making d-shape and seal the edges with fork (makes 12).-In yogurt,add milk,whisk well & set aside.-On flour dusted baking tray,place prepared pockets,brush yogurt & milk mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds.-Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 15-16 minutes (both grills on).-After baking,apply melted butter on top & serve with chilli garlic sauce!Recipe in Urdu:Directions:Prepare Naan Dough:-Bow mein maida,namak,bareek cheeni,baking soda aur baking powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Cooking oil aur dahi dal dein aur crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein.-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,dhak dein aur 1 & hour proof hunay kliya rakh dein (warm place).Prepare Filling:-Karahi mein cooking oil aur hara pyaz ka safed hissa dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.-Qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Namak,lal mirch powder,zeera powder,haldi powder aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.-Chulha bund ker dein,cream,mayonnaise aur hara pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.-Chota dough lein (55g) aur ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.-Dough ko ek side per tayyar filling 2 tbs dal dein aur dough ki side ko fold ker ka d-shape bana lein aur fork ki madad sa edges ko seal ker lein (makes 12).-Dahi mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Baking tray per maida dust ker lein aur tayyar pockets rakh dein,dahi & doodh mixture laga lein aur til chirak dein.-Preheated oven mein 160C per 15-16 minutes kliy bake ker lein (both grills on).-Baking ka bad melted makhan upper sa laga lein aur chilli garlic sauce ka saath serve karein!
