Stuffed Pasta Shells

These Italian Stuffed Shells are made with 3 flavorful cheeses, tender spinach, fresh herbs, and tomato sauce.
They’re easier to make than you’d think and your kids will love these!


Ingredients:

Pasta shells- 15-20 approx.
Salt- 1.5 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1.5 tsp
Red chilly flakes- 1 tsp
Oregano-1 tsp
Oil- For sautéing
Finely cut Onions- 1 cup
Garlic cloves- 2
Spinach- 3 cups
Ricotta cheese- 1.5 cups
Mozzarella cheese- 1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese- 1/4 cup
Pasta sauce- As needed

Directions:
1. Cook pasta shells until “Al dente”( As directed in the box). Keep it in cold water.
2. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add 1 cup finely cut onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add 2 garlic cloves and cook for a minute.
4. Add 3 cups of spinach and cook until it has wilted. Add salt and pepper powder.
5. Switch off the flame. Squeeze the extra water. Cut spinach finely.
6. Take spinach in a bowl. Add 3 cheeses, salt and pepper powder.
7. Fill pasta shells with spinach mixture.
8. Heat pasta sauce with pepper powder, red chilly flakes and oregano.
9. Spread pasta sauce into an even layer of bottom of oven dish.
10. Align the pasta shells side by side with the opening side facing upright.
11. Spread the remaining sauce over the pasta shells. Cover it with aluminum foil.
12. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
13. Sprinkle some extra cheese on top.
14. Serve hot
