Build your own combo!* Hollandaise sauce ( 4 , for 4 portions) 3, 1/2 , 100g, 3 egg yolks, juice of half a lemon, 100g unsalted butter, 2 pinches of salt1. , 1. Cut unsalted butter into small cubes and melt it completely in a microwave. , If you dont have a microwave, you can do so on the hob in a pot.2. , , .2. In a mixing bowl, add and blend egg yolks, lemon juice and salt with a hand blender. You can use a standing blender or a whisk instead.3. .3. Slowly whisk in hot melted butter until you get a mayonnaise-like sauce. , .When using hot melted butter, do not add the sediment-like white bit at the bottom.4. .4.
