Here's my take on an oil-free Suji Dahi Bhalle recipe which is less time consuming and equally tasty.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Suji
1 Cup Dahi
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Adrak
1 tsp Green Chilly
A Pinch of Hing
1/2 tsp Red Chilly
1/2 tsp Kala Namak
1/2 Rosted jeera
1 tbs Dhaniya
