Sooji ka Doodh wala Halwa
Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Sooji (Semolina) 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Water 2 & Cups
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Ghee 1 Cup
-Kishmish (Raisins) 2-3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 2-3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced

Directions:
-In a wok,add semolina and dry roast until fragrant & changes color (5-6 minutes).
-Take out in a bowl,add milk,mix well & soak for 30 minutes.
-In sauce pan,add water,green cardamom,sugar and mix well,bring it to boil and cook until sugar is dissolved (4-5 minutes) & set aside.
-In a wok,add ghee,soaked semolina and mix well on low flame till liquid is absorbed (12-15 minutes) & continue mixing until ghee separates (8-10 minutes).
-Add raisins,almonds,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
-Now add prepared sugar syrup and mix well until syrup is absorbed (5-6 minutes) and cook until it leaves sides of the pot (6-8 minutes).
-Garnish with almonds & serve!

Ajza:
-Sooji (Semolina) 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Water 2 & Cups
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Ghee 1 Cup
-Kishmish (Raisins) 2-3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 2-3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced

Directions:
-Karhai mein sooji dal dein aur khushbu anay aur color change hunay tak dry roast ker lein (5-6 minutes).
-Bowl mein nikal lein,doodh dal ker acha tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya soak ker lein.
-Sauce pan mein pani,hari elaichi aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein ghee aur soaked sooji dal dein aur halki ancch per liquid absorbed hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein (12-15 minutes) aur ghee alag hunay tak mazeed ache tarhan mix kertay rahein (8-10 minutes).
-Kishmish aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ab tayyar sheera dal den aur sheera absorbed hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein (5-6 minutes) aur pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
-Badam sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
