Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Falsa Chutney:
-Falsay (Grewia) ½ kg
-Water 2 & ½ Cups or as required
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 cloves
-Raidana (Mustard seeds) ½ tsp
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12
-Gur (Jaggery) ½ Cup or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Kala namak (Black salt) ¼ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Sonth powder (Ginger powder) ½ tsp
Kayri & Nariyal Chutney:
-Kayri (Raw mangoes) cubes 1 Cup
-Nariyal (Fresh coconut) small cubes 1 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) clove 1
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 8-10
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ¼ Cup
-Podina (Mint leaves) ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Water 3-4 tbs or as required
-Nariyal (Fresh coconut) grated
-Curry patta (Curry leaves)

Directions:
Falsa Chutney:
-In a pot,add grewia,water & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame for 15 minutes (1/2 cup water should be left).
-Turn off the flame & mash well with the help of masher then strain & set aside.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well.
-Add mustard seeds,curry leaves and mix well.
-Add falsa puree and mix well.
-Add jaggery,salt,cumin seeds,black salt,red chilli powder,dried ginger powder,mix well and cook until oil separates (1-2 minutes).
-Can be stored in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
Kayri & Nariyal Chutney:
-In blender,add raw mango,fresh coconut,garlic,green chillies,curry leaves,fresh coriander,mint leaves,salt,water & blend well.
-Garnish with fresh coconut,curry leaves & serve!
-Can be stored in refrigerator for 3-4 days.

-Pot mein falsay aur pani dal ker ubal lein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 15 minutes kliya paka lein (1/2 cup water should be left).
-Chulha bund ker dein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Raidana aur curry patta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Falsa puree dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Gur,namak,zeera,kala namak,lal mirch powder aur sonth powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).
-3-4 din kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
Kayri & Nariyal Chutney:
-Blender mein kayri,nariyal,lehsan,hari mirchein,curry patta,hara dhania,podina,namak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Nariyal & curry patta sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
-3-4 din kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
