In this episode, I show you how to make your own garri (fermented cassava flakes) at home. Garri is great for your gut flora and can even help ou know that the process of fermenting food (sugars and starches are eaten up by bacteria cultured and converted to lactic acid, carbon monoxide) makes food great for your gut flora, great for diabetics as it is low in carbohydrates due to the fermentation process.
