Ingredients:
Serves 3

200g wonton noodles or egg noodles
100g of sliced marinated pork (marinated with some light soya sauce, sesame seed oil, white pepper and tapioca flour or cornflour)
9 medium size prawns
1 small squid cut into small pieces
9 young corn
A bunch of choy sum
2 eggs
1.5 tablespoons of dark soya sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame seed oil
1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine (Chinese cooking wine0
1/2 bulb of garlic - minced
A few dashes of white pepper
Chicken/Prawn stock (boil 1L of with 1 chicken stock cube & all heads and shells of the prawns used here.)
