cup whole milk
cup of panko bread crumbs
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

For the sauce
1 cup sour cream
2 beef broth
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
tsp nutmeg
tsp allspice
3 tbs all-purpose flour
4 tbs unsalted butter
tsp black pepper
tsp salt
