This dish is common in Bangladesh. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: http://bit.ly/2TaG9S1Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Sweet clove pockets Recipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Sugar Syrup:-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ Cups -Pani (Water) 1 Cup-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3 -Lemon juice few dropsPrepare Dough:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required Prepare Mava:-Doodh (Milk) fresh 1 & ½ litre-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp -Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ tbs -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Badam (Almonds) chopped -Laung (Clove) -Cooking oil for frying Directions:Prepare Sugar Syrup:-In saucepan,add sugar,water and green cardamom,mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved.-Add lemon juice,mix well and cook until thickens & set aside.Prepare Dough:-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,cooking oil and mix well.-Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.Prepare Mava:-In pot,add milk and bring it to boil and cook until milk is reduced to half and stir frequently. -Add sugar and cardamom powder,mix well and cook on medium low flame (15-20 minutes) and mix continuously.-In milk,add all-purpose flour and mix well.-Add dissolve flour,mix continuously and cook until thickens (approx. 18-20 minutes).-Add cooking oil,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes & let it cool.-Knead dough again with water and cut into two pieces.-Sprinkle flour and rolled our dough with the help of rolling pin.-With the help of the cutter,cut into round shapes.-On round dough,add cooked khoya/mava and almonds,fold the edges by applying water and insert clove in the center.-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry dough until golden then dip into prepared sugar syrup.-Keep them soak in the prepared sugar syrup for about 2-3 minutes.-Remove and shake lightly to remove excess sugar syrup & serve.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:Prepare Sugar Syrup:-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ Cups -Pani (Water) 1 Cup-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3 -Lemon juice few dropsPrepare Dough:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required Prepare Mava:-Doodh (Milk) fresh 1 & ½ litre-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp -Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ tbs -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Badam (Almonds) chopped -Laung (Clove) -Cooking oil for frying Directions:Prepare Sugar Syrup:-Saucepan mein cheeni,pani aur hari elaichi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.-Lemon juice dal ker mix karein aur garha hunay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.Prepare Dough:-Bowl mein maida,namak aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya rakh dein.Prepare Mava:-Pot mein doodh dal ker ubal lein aur doodh adha reh jaya tak paka lein aur chamcha chalatay rahein.-Cheeni aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki darmiyani ancch per paka lein (15-20 minutes) aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.-Doodh mein maida dal ker mix ker lein.-Dissolve maida ko dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur garha hunay tak paka lein (approx. 18-20 minutes).-Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein & thanda ker lein.-Pani dal ker dough ko dubara ghond lein aur do pieces mein cut ker lein.-Maida chirak ker dough ko rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.-Cutter ki madad sa round shapes mein cut ker lein.-Round dough per cooked khoya/mava rakh ker badam dal dein aur edges ko pani laga ker fold karein aur bech mein laung insert ker lein.-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur dough ko golden hunay tak fry ker lein phir tayyar sugar syrup mein dip ker lein.-2-3 minutes kliya tayyar sugar syrup mein chor dein.-NIikal ker halka sa shake karein ta ka extra sugar syrup nikal jaye & serve karein.
