Sweet Coconut Chapathi:

Sweet Coconut Chapathi is my childhood favorite. Whenever my mom used to make chappathi for dinner, my siblings and I would never finish it without having this sweet chappathi. You won’t need any special dessert after eating this. It’s very easy to do.


Ingredients:
Servings-8
Wheat flour- 2 cups
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
Shredded coconut- 2 cups
Sugar- As needed
Ghee/Butter- As needed

Directions:
1. Take 2 cups wheat flour and 1/4 tsp salt in a bowl.
2. Add water little at a time to form a smooth dough.
3. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a circle.
4. Place some shredded coconut and sugar.
5. Fold it into triangles.
6. Cook both sides using ghee on hot tawa until golden brown.

Sweet coconut Chapathi is ready!
