8 oz manicotti pasta
1/2 bunch spinach
15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
8 oz mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Tomato Sauce:
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
2 sweet italian sausages
28 oz crushed tomatoes
fresh basil
1 string fresh oregano
salt and black pepper
