Ingredients :
Dal:
Toor Dal - 1/2 cup
Moong Dal / Green Gram - 1/2 Cup
Vegetables :
Brinjal / Egg Plant - 1 cup
Beans -1/2 cup
Carrot - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1 cup
Onion - Sliced - big size - 1 cup
Onion from spring Onion - few
Potato - 1 medium sized
Coconut - 1/2 cup (you can also use dry coconut)
Sambar powder - 4 tsp
Salt to taste
Haldi or Turmeric - 1 tsp

For Tempering
Oil, Mustard Seeds, Hing and Red Chilies
