Tawa Biryani
Serves 2
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Laung (Cloves) 3-4
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
-Tez paat (Bay leaves) 2
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 small
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Chicken boneless cubes 250 gms
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped ¼ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 2 tbs
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp or as required
-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped
-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1-2 tbs
-Chawal (Rice) Basmati 1 Cup (soaked & boiled until ¾ th done)
-Pyaz (Onion) fried ¼ Cup
-Cooking oil ½ tbs

Directions:
-On griddle,add cooking oil,cinnamon sticks,cloves,green cardamom,bay leaves,cumin seeds and mix well.
-Add onion and fry until golden brown.
-Add tomato and mix well.
-Add ginger and mix well.
-Add green chilies and mix well.
-Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chili powder and mix well.
-Add chicken boneless cubes and mix well until changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Add yogurt and mix well.
-Add mint leaves,fresh coriander and mix well.
-Add salt,garam masala powder and mix well.
-Cover and cook on low flame until chicken is done.
-Add lemon juice,mix well and cook on high flame until oil separates.
-In yogurt,add yellow food color,mix well and add in it.
-Add mint leaves,fried onion,boiled rice,fried onion,mint leaves,remaining boiled rice,remaining yogurt+food color,fried onion and cooking oil.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.

Directions:
-Tawa per cooking oil,darchini,laung,hari elaichi,tez paat aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz dal dein aur golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dhania powder,haldee powder aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Chicken boneless cubes dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Dahi shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Podina aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Namak aur garam masala powder dal ker mix ker lein.
-Dhak dein aur halki ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein.
-Lemon juice dal ker mix karein aur tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
-Dahi mein zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur dal dein.
-Podina,fried pyaz,boiled chawal,fried pyaz,podina,remaining boiled chawal aur baqi bacha huwa dahi+zarda ka rang aur fried pyaz dal ker upper sa cooking oil dal dein.
-Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
