There are many ways to do it and many Thai recipes for it, this is one a Thai friend taught me, its a simple recipe for delicious Thai barbequed pork!Heres the recipe: Thai Barbecued Pork, Moo YangIngredients:- 1kg of pork (any cut), sliced to about 30mm thick - 1 head of garlic, peeled and coarsely cut - 4 coriander plants (roots only), coarsely cut - 1/4 teaspoon of salt - 2 tablespoons of peppercorns - 4 tablespoons of Thai oyster sauce - 3 tablespoons of soy sauce 1. Add the garlic, coriander, salt and peppercorns to a mortar and pestle and grind until mixed through. 2. Transfer to a bowl, add oyster & soy sauce and mix. 3. Add the pork and mix well.
