Chilled coconut milk gets a very flavourful boost with cardamom, our everyday indian spice! when mangoes are in season, feel free to use them instead of canned mango pulp.Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Cooking Time: Nil. Makes 2 big glasses.½ cup chilled mango pulp½ cup chilled thick coconut milk1 cup chilled fresh curds (dahi)3 tbsp sugar2 pinches cardamom (elaichi) powder1. Combine the coconut milk, mango pulp, curds, sugar and cardamom powder and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses. Serve immediately.
