I often went to this lady with a mobile Thai kitchen for lunch, she would cook up the food in front of me and it was ready in about 2 minutes. I found it fascinating watching her cooking, she was so fast and she knew all the recipes by heart.She had a lot of choices of Thai dishes and all of the ones I tried were great. Heaps of flavour and so cheap ...a lot of items on her food menu are 40Baht (about $1.30AU). You'll find her outside the Krabi Resort in Ao Nang.
