Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, split black grams, red chillies and asafoetida.2. When the seeds begin to splutter add the tomatoes, salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Cover and cook till soft. Set aside to cool completely3. Add the curd and mix well. 4. Serve cold garnished with coriander sprig.
