When hot, dip two tortillas at a time with tongs into the oil for about 3 to 5 seconds. Place tortillas on a tray to cool.Cook about 10 tortillas and let them cool.It is best to have your turkey or chicken heated up before assembling the casserole.First place about 1/3 cup of verde sauce in the bottom of the dish. Then place a layer of the softened corn tortillas on the bottom. Then layer with turkey, green chiles and cheese. Repeat layers until the baking dish is full. On the last layer end with sauce and then cheese.Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until casserole is heated through and cheese is completely melted.Garnish with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.Enjoy!Thanks for watching!Rockin RobinP.S.
