The Best Homemade Pimento Cheese Recipe

Ever since I moved to NC, Pimento Cheese has literally been at every party. With the holidays coming up, Im making mine at home with Tillamook.

You can easily double or triple this recipe and keep it in the fridge for several days.

Heres my recipe:
2 cups @Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 oz Cream cheese
4 oz Pimento peppers
2 tbsp Mayo
tsp Garlic powder
tsp Onion powder
tsp Black pepper
tsp Salt
tsp Ground cayenne pepper if you want to spice it up
