8 Cherry tomatoes
100g Shiitake mushroom
100g Sour preserved mustard
tsp McCormick Sea Salt Grinder
tsp McCormick White pepper
tsp McCormick Chilli Flakes
30g Ginger (sliced)
8 Umeboshi / Salted plums
2 tbsp Light soy sauce

Garnish:
Ginger strands
Spring onion
Coriander
